Karine Jaouich, Principal
I have been working in leadership and operational roles for more than twenty years. I worked at various nonprofit organization, business, social enterprises, startups, and the public sector. My strengths are in supporting organizations during periods of growth and change. Creating new systems and processes for implementing innovations is one of my core competencies. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, with a minor in Computer Modelling, from the University of Guelph.

Centre for Social Innovation, COO
Led the operations during a massive growth from 1 to 5 locations. Responsible for organizational development, real estate acquisition and capital projects, leasing, finance, HR and governance support.
Community Food Centres Canada, COO
Led the operations during a period of growth from 30 to 50 employees. Responsible for finances, HR, digital infrastructure, real estate acquisition and governance support.
Anima Leadership, COO
Led the operations during a period of growth from 5 to 15 employees. Responsible for for finance, HR, planning and digital systems.
Elections Ontario, Director of Shared Services
Supported the organization through an general election and subsequent planning. Responsible for planning, finance, HR, election logistics and planning.
FoodShare, Operations and Program Development Director
Led the operations during a program growth phase and a complex site relocation.
